Refunds
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition you received it in, in its original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase.
To start the refund process please instagram direct message (@TheLashShop.ldn) with your order number and reason for refund. We will then guide you on how/where returns are made.
Once the item has been received, the refund will be directly returned to the original payment method, this can take 3-10 working days.
Exceptions
We do not except refunds on sale/discounted items.
In the unlikely case your item is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving and we will exchange/refund the item for you.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange it to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
